The Course
The Rarity Bay par-72, 18-hole scenic golf course was designed by DJ DeVictor and Peter Langham and covers 150 acres of rolling hills with beautiful views of Lake Tellico and the Great Smoky Mountains.

Weekday rates Mon. thru Fri. (Excluding Holidays)
- Guest Rate - $45.00
- Senior Guest Rate - $41.00
- After 12:00 Rate - $40.00
- Nine Hole Rate - $25.00
- Junior Rate (18) - $25.00 (17 years & younger)
- Junior Rate (9) - $17.00 (17 years & younger)
Weekend/Holiday rates
- Before 12:00 - $47.00
- After 12:00 - $42.00
- Nine hole rate - $28.00
- Junior rate (18) - $28.00 (17 years & younger)
- Junior rate (9) - $20.00 (17 years & younger)
All rates include green fees, cart fees, taxes and complimentary range balls.
Annual Golf Membership
- Single Annual Membership: $1800
- Family Annual Membership: $3120
- Corporate Annual Membership: $3120*
Plus sales tax. Please contact the Pro Shop for payment options.
Annual Member Privileges include:
- Unlimited use of Driving Range
- 14 day advance tee times
- Member can play in MGA, LGA, Couples, and Club events

Annual Members must pay a cart fee of $17 per round.
